I LOVE Virginia!!! She’s done my hair twice and I’m hooked, I couldn’t possibly go to anyone else. She does her best to get to know your personality so that your haircut can be a reflection of that. She’s very understanding and open to suggestion. Her cuts are an art! She really puts herself into them and they come out outstanding. She has amazing attention to detail and that’s what makes all the difference. I am horrible at doing my hair and she made my cut so easy to do. When I walk out after a haircut by Virginia, my self-esteem sky rockets and I feel BEAUTIFUL!! She truly is a hair artist!!!

My girlfriend and I only go to Virginia. She’s seriously knowledgeable and talented. Whether it’s on a movie set or just a regular salon appointment, you’ll always look better after she’s worked her magic. What more could you want?

Virginia is very professional and very good at her craft. She is eay going and very flexible. She always puts the client first. She did such a good job with my hair color and cut. She also did a fun hairdo for my 50th birthday. I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful hairdresser!!

I went to virginia on a reccomendation from a friend who went to her. I was more than impressed with what I received. I walked in with broken ends and overprocessed blonde hair. She knew exactly what to do but also let me add my own taste to how I wanted it to come out, it was perfect and HEALTHY she taught me how to manage thinner and more fragile hair and even shaped it so it was easier to maintain yet being very stylish at the same time. The color was perfect and natural. Virginia has changed my entire outlook on coloring hair, it doesn’t have to be damaging towards your hair, there are ways to safely color, I just LOVE virginia and what she has done for me!!

I’ve known Virginia for a long time now. The first time she ever cut my hair, she was still working at Toni & Guy and I was one of her models. I became hooked instantly. She continued cutting my hair for YEARS. I believe its been 3 years now. I continue going to her mainly because she is EXCELLENT at what she does and she makes it exciting. I have never had to tell her what I wanted done to my hair. She took the time to get to know me personally and would always come up with something fun and creative…which is what I loved…something crazy. I never knew how my hair was going to turn out, but I would be so happy with the final results.
Not only has Virginia cut my hair to perfection, she has sparked MY interest in becoming a hair stylist. In the near future, I will be attending cosmetology school. I’ve always had some sort of interest in being a hair stylist, but hanging around Virginia for the past 3 years has made me want it more. Before, it was just an “well, I guess I like doing hair”, and now, its an “I want to go to school to be as good as Virginia.” She has inspired me to pick a career and go for it.

I tried a hairstylist a few years ago and he basically did the same thing as the barbers had so I kept going to barbers. And I was pretty much getting the same hair cut that I’d gotten since elementary school (I’m 31 now).
After meeting Virginia and hearing what she could do, I took the plunge. She has an amazing eye for style. Not only do I now have a look that I feel great about but she gave me some style tips on how to dress better as well. I’m a new person. I’m cool and hip thanks to Virginia.

I had been to the same hair stylist for many years, and had been relatively happy. Then one day that all changed! I kept telling a friend how I was now lost. I had played the hairstylist hunt game in the past, and wasn’t up for it anymore. I thought my friend’s hair looked nicer, and asked if she was going to the same salon, and she said she had changed stylists. She took me to meet Virginia right away, and the rest is history. My first cut/color was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t believe someone could be this happy with a cut AND color! She got it right the first time, and actually cared about what I thought. When my daughter visited from NYC, she loved my hair, and immediately was in Virgina’s chair. When she got back to NYC, everyone wanted to know where she got her hair done, and to my amazement I was having the same experience. some people liked my cut, some liked my color, and some liked both. What was fascinating to me was that for the first time in my life, people were noticing my hair!
